I now live a life without anxiety and limited beliefs, I live a life full of joy, love and laughter, my greatest achievement was overcoming anxiety as one it had changed me from a confident outgoing individual to, someone I didn’t recognise.

But the most important thing I learnt from this journey was how I could help others overcome their anxiety and build a course that could change lives forever.

There's a lesson to learn and every day I take time to learn that lesson...

GETTING TO THIS POINT WASN'T EASY

I am a mother of three beautiful children , all

grown up with their own family now. Wasn’t easy when anxiety hit me, I went from being very confident and happy to someone who couldn’t sleep, was awake for

weeks in constant panic attacks, six months I didn’t leave my home, and when I started to get better, I would go out and suddenly

I would be back in my home with another panic attack.

The house was my safe zone, as long as I stayed in it I would be safe, that's what I told myself.

That is one of the biggest motivations to build this course, no doctor got me better with their pills and counselling. I started to read about the mind and the power it has over us. I had learnt lots of alternative therapies when I was younger, and I started to add to these, by becoming a breath work practitioner, a Reiki Master. I then was taught by one of the top hypnotists in the country and did N.L.P too, fro there went on to do life coaching.

I went from strength to strength, opening my own clinic and working to help clients help themselves get better and free themselves from anxiety and limiting beliefs. I know only too well how depleting it is to live with anxiety, and once I was free from it, I promised myself I would help others be free from anxiety too.
