without proper guidance, it's easy to get lost in the vast sea of information, leaving you feeling overwhelmed and frustrated. Because you do not need fixed as you are not broken, it's just your focus is in the wrong place.
the medication often made you feel spaced out, or made they anxiety more intense, there was no guidance on how to get rid of the anxiety , which left you feeling low and unmotivated to look for others ways to feel better.
they don't tell you at counselling you will be repeating yourself week after week going over and over things that you are trying to leave behind you, and this often makes you feel more anxious,
and then you give up going .
That is one of the biggest motivations to build this course, no doctor got me better with their pills and counselling. I started to read about the mind and the power it has over us. I had learnt lots of alternative therapies when I was younger, and I started to add to these, by becoming a breath work practitioner, a Reiki Master. I then was taught by one of the top hypnotists in the country and did N.L.P too, fro there went on to do life coaching.
I went from strength to strength, opening my own clinic and working to help clients help themselves get better and free themselves from anxiety and limiting beliefs. I know only too well how depleting it is to live with anxiety, and once I was free from it, I promised myself I would help others be free from anxiety too.
